We are seeking to appoint an Independent Living Manager to administer the scheme and to provide leadership for our staff team. We are looking for a creative, empathic person who is professional and knowledgeable, and is familiar with a strengths-based approach to supporting people with learning disabilities and autism. The Independent Living Manager will be responsible to the Board of Trustees for all aspects of scheme management and the delivery of a safe, effective, caring, and responsive service in accordance with best practice and legislative requirements.
